Charlotte Farr BVSc CertAVP MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

Charlotte set up the Travelling Vet in 2016 because she believed that pets are often best treated in the place they feel most comfortable. She qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2008 and has completed a certificate in advanced veterinary practice. Charlotte will always treat your pet as if it is her own.

Katie Finkill BVM&S MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

Katie trained at the University of Edinburgh and qualified in 2014. She enjoys all aspects of general practice and joined the Travelling Vet team in October 2019. Originally from Lancashire, Katie loves the Yorkshire countryside and walking in the Peak District with her Border Terrier, Dudley.

Veterinary Surgeon

Dave works for us every Monday and is a great addition to our team.

Ellie Jackson

Ellie starts work with us in February 2026!

Kate Kitching RVN

Head Veterinary Nurse

Kate graduated from Portsmouth University with a degree in English before retraining in veterinary nursing, completing her diploma in 2012. She is passionate about animal welfare, particularly rabbit housing and enrichment. Kate has a warm and friendly nature.

Sian Stray RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Sian started working with us in October 2025 and has already earned the nickname of the 'cat whisperer'. Sian has a lovely calm nature and cats just seem to love her!

Jane Gunning

Animal Care Assistant

Jane lives in Sheffield and has previously worked as a bus driver, meaning she is superb at driving our vet vans! She has three dogs and a cat. Jane is well known as our practice 'mum'.

Liz Bayliss

Animal Care Assistant

Liz has an NVQ level 3 in horse care and management. She delivers our repeat prescriptions around Sheffield and tells us she now has her dream job with the Travelling Vet.

Lisa Sellars

Receptionist

Lisa is a fantastic receptionist who always makes our clients feel at ease. She has four dogs, a tortoise and a parrot who has learnt to mimic Lisa answering our reception phone!

Christine Radley

Receptionist

Christine has been a veterinary receptionist for 17 years and joined our team in 2024.
